5. Return Shipping

  1. If the return is due to seller error, damaged items, or incorrect products, the return shipping cost will be covered.
  2. If the return is due to customer preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

6. Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected. Approved returns will proceed according to our Refund Policy.

7. Abuse of Return Policy
