Once the order has been shipped or assigned to a delivery partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Order Cancellation by Seller

A seller may cancel an order if:

  1. The product is out of stock.
  2. The product is unavailable.
  3. There is an incorrect price or listing error.
  4. The customer cannot be contacted for order verification.
  5. Delivery is not possible to the provided location.

Customers will be notified immediately if a seller cancels an order.

3. Order Cancellation by 4Buyn

4Buyn reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  1. Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  2. Payment verification fails.
  3. Incorrect product pricing or technical errors occur.
  4. The order violates our Terms and Conditions.

4. Refund After Cancellation

If payment has already been completed and the order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  1. Customers may cancel before shipment without any charge.
  2. Repeated cancellations without valid reasons may result in temporary restrictions on future orders.

6. Exceptions

Orders cannot usually be cancelled after:

  1. The product has been shipped.
  2. The delivery partner has started the delivery process.
  3. The order has already been delivered.
