You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition;

  • With original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories;

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers);

  • Personalized/customized products;

  • Digital goods (e.g., software downloads, eBooks);

  • Gift cards;

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear) once opened.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

5. Refunds After Return

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees and service charges (including payment processing fees) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Include your order number, clear photos/videos showing the issue, and a description.

  • We will promptly arrange a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled if requested within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

  • If your order has already shipped, you must wait to receive the item and then request a return under the above guidelines.
