At 4buyn.com, we understand that sometimes plans change.
We strive to offer a smooth and flexible order cancellation process, while also ensuring timely delivery of your purchases.

Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation Requests

You may request to cancel your order:

  • Within 12 hours after placing it;

  • Provided that your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@4buyn.com with your:

  • Order number;

  • Reason for cancellation (optional).

2. After 12 Hours or After Shipment

  • If more than 12 hours have passed, or if your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • In this case, you may still be eligible to return the item after receiving it, following our Return Policy guidelines.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Partial Order Cancellations

  • If your order contains multiple items, and only some items have shipped, you may request cancellation for the remaining items (if not yet processed).

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

Some products may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized/customized items;

  • Perishable goods;

  • Items listed as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

6. Cancellations by 4buyn.com

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • The item is out of stock;

  • There are issues with payment verification;

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected;

  • Shipping restrictions apply to your location.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund immediately.
